We are thrilled to introduce our Bridging the Gap Youth Mentorship Program and invite you to complete our pre-screening process! This program aims to provide mentorship and guidance to at-risk youth, empowering them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Please be aware that space is limited for each 12-week program cycle. We will review applications carefully to select the most suitable candidates. If you are selected, a member of our team will contact you.

If the current cycle is full at the time of your application, don't worry! You will still have the opportunity to participate . Our program operates on a rolling cycle, which means that qualified applicants will start where the current participants are and continue until they complete all program components.
